The massages ive been having with Joyce have been amazing. A woman who genuinely enjoys seeing you feel better. Highly recommend.

I rang and clearly asked for a booking at 7:30pm for the next day. Stating I didn’t mind who I got. When I arrived the lady was confused and kept saying I had booked for two people. Which I explained I had not. I was told to sit down. Then the lady and man there began to pretty much yell at each other for ten minutes. Whilst someone was still being massaged. After much confusion, and two people turning up for their booking at 7:30pm, I was sent away. With the lady saying sorry, and I believe admitting she’d made a mistake finally with the booking. A mistake I wouldn’t have minded, but having to listen to the two massagers yell at each other was pretty awkward and unprofessional. I did not recognise either one from my last visits in 2025. I will not returning.

If you ever wont a good massage then you need to go here. It is the best massage we have ever had.

Wasn't as bad as some others I had been given, but was okay and needed to get me through the rest of my trip. Lacked oil, felt like quite a dry massage and they couldn't get enough oil on, probably spent more time reoiling compared to massage in the first 20 mins.

I got sore neck after long drive from Melbourne. When I arrived Ararat, I walked in here for full Bobby massage. The therapist was very kind and gentle. The pressure was what I needed. My pain was relieved after that. Highly recommend! Grace is so nice Come back to her next time
